The extensive use of sustainable materials such as reclaimed wood, bamboo, rattan, and recycled metal not only underscores Motif's commitment to environmental responsibility but also adds a warm, inviting aesthetic to the space. The design incorporated open spaces with large, organic curves, creating a fluid and dynamic environment that encourages movement and interaction. The large overhanging elements made of bamboo mesh enhanced the vertical space, drawing the eye upward and making the area feel expansive. State-of-the-art technology was seamlessly integrated into the architectural elements. Interactive touchscreens and advanced video conferencing systems were subtly incorporated, maintaining the sleek look while ensuring functionality. From stylish bar stools at the high tables to the circular bench seating, the furniture was designed for versatility, catering to casual drop-ins as well as formal meetings. Moreover, Motif Interiors has recently joined the DMCC Sustainability Hub as the founding member and the exclusive fit-out contractor.
